REGATTA
Nested in La Reserva de Sierra Blanca, one of Marbella’s most exclusive gated communities, Regatta is a yacht-inspired residence shaped by the character and craftsmanship of the Picchiotti Gentleman 24. Warm materials, generous terraces and carefully considered interiors bring the feeling of life on board into a private Mediterranean home just above Marbella’s Golden Mile.
THE CERQUILLA GARDENS
Nestled in La Cerquilla, The Cerquilla Gardens is a reimagined Andalusian home
surrounded by mature greenery and conceived around an effortless relationship with the
outdoors. Originally built in the 1970s, the residence has been carefully transformed while
preserving the warmth and character that made the original house so appealing. Its predominantly
single-level layout gives the home an unusual sense of ease, with rooms opening naturally
towards terraces and gardens and daily life unfolding closely connected to the landscape.
BLEU ROYAL
The property will be demolished to build a modern contemporary villa offering 850 m² of interior living space, designed with high-quality installations and a clean, elegant design. The villa will sit on an exceptional 3,100 m² plot at the entrance of the exclusive La Cerquilla community in Nueva Andalucía. It will enjoy excellent security, a south-facing orientation, and open side views towards the mountains. The new villa will feature interior ceiling heights of 4 metres, creating bright and spacious living areas.
ATLAS
ATLAS is Matterhorn’s first apartment project, set within La Reserva de Sierra Blanca, one of Marbella’s most discreet and elegant communities. The residence combines thoughtful architecture, refined materials, and a calm spatial rhythm across two levels, creating a private and balanced home just above the Golden Mile.
MAJORELLE

Our flagship project, Finca Azur, is a testament to our vision.
